CLINT IS HOME!
He was discharged this afternoon after receiving a cortisone shot in his knee as they found it has arthritis.
He's very tired and mobility is extremely difficult right now, but hopefully being at home will help him recover more quickly. He must start eating more as he is very thin and weak.
Please visit and/or phone and email. It may be best to call us before you visit to make sure he's up to it.
I'm finding it quite difficult to stay supportive and positive with Clint right now, as you might have gathered from the above quote!
I'm sure, this too will pass.
What wonderful news!!! We will of course call before coming. Enjoy a little quiet time together. Tell Clint to let us know what kind of food we should bring along!!

ReplyDeleteYou have both been pushed to the limits this past week so I am not surprised that every emotion has surfaced and your endurance has been intensely tested. I have to agree with Kim and Maarten though...you are both very lovable.

Great news for Clint; he will recover his health and disposition much faster than in the hospital. Take a deep breath, and tell him to get stuffed if he gives you trouble. It will make you both laugh and feel better. Ed Fitzgerald was asking about you both. We send big hugs and calming vibrations, guardian angels are allowed to get a cramp every once in a while.
